Playing a lot of Coltrane lately.
(Probably with Blue Train hype on the mind)

Grabbed a few outliers surfing the cogs this weekend.
A reissue by Piros of Coltrane's Sound and a 1970 reissue of The Master/Standard Coltrane from Prestige/RVG (1958).

Nothing earth shattering but very unique additions for me.

It's pretty easy. They use Lacquer Channel Mastering here in Toronto, who do not have any analog tape playback capability and use analog emulation software in cutting for vinyl. Take it from there! The ones I have seen are pressed at a plant nearby in Burlington, which is not a great plant.

Emailed him anyway just to see. Didn't end up buying any yet.
