Face Records NYC will post some new listings tonight at 7PM EST on their discogs. Looks like the 33RPM Waltz for Debby AP will be in that batch.....guessing it'll be listed for a pretty penny but might be worth keeping an eye out if anybody is looking for that one....

Yep--this also happened to a bunch of their shipments to distributors apparently. I got mine from PBC and they have some tiny dings and seam splits on top/bottom. Hoping they figure it out soon. They are doing some awesome titles and the pressings/cuts are great.Welp. New Land has a lot to learn about shipping. Both Blue Mitchell and Howard McGhee showed up with massive seam splits, due to poor packing. Thin mailer with zero padding, records inside the sleeve. Blue Mitchell got the worst of it...

...but the Howard McGhee isn't looking so good, either...

Interested in your opinion of the Jordan/Tolliver Kleinschuster release . I wanted all 3, but they were expensive, so I picked that one from Dusty Groove. It’s really fantastic — music, sound quality, package quality. I also have WB’s Duke Pearson release, I Don’t Care Who Knows It. Similarly excellent, although I prefer the music on Kleinschuster more.I also got my WallenBink Erich Kleinschuster Sextet albums today, too, and the difference was pretty major. WallenBink packed the records like they were anticipating rough handling and even took the records out of the sleeves, so all three arrived in perfect condition.
Releases on 23 SeptemberIs the EP sold out already, or has it said "available on backorder" since it was listed?
Interesting. Wonder if it’s a new cut then? Their last reissue of Peace Treaty wasn’t cut by KG according to discogsSam Records is repressing Nathan Davis' Peace Treaty (mentions cut by Kevin Gray) and a Nathan Davis EP with the two bonus tracks found on the CD.

Damn, that EP looks cool, but it's basically 6 minutes of music for $34 US shipped. A definite advantage for the Sam Record locals.Sam Records is repressing Nathan Davis' Peace Treaty (mentions cut by Kevin Gray) and a Nathan Davis EP with the two bonus tracks found on the CD.

Ended up adding the EP, peace treaty and another album I was missing to one order to combine shipping. With the euro being the same as the dollar right now, not a bad time to buy records from Europe…even with the shipping. Obviously doesn’t make sense to just buy one record but three records shipped was the same shipping costDamn, that EP looks cool, but it's basically 6 minutes of music for $34 US shipped.
