Did Pratt hold his hand up a few times so the raptor wouldn't eat him?
not sure how the Au healthcare system is but I would try and see a ENT specialist to get a good ear cleaning and hearing test. Try and avoid earbuds, use headphones at low/nominal levels and wear hearing protection at loud live events.Saw Jurassic World Dominion. First time in the cinema since Star Wars: RoS. Main take out is that my hearing isn't what it was - I thought the cinema was fairly quiet - I'm just deaf!
Movie is fine. It's very much a blockbuster movie of this generation. Not overly exciting, a bit too long, but not too bad?
Earplugs for most loud things, so I've learned!not sure how the Au healthcare system is but I would try and see a ENT specialist to get a good ear cleaning and hearing test. Try and avoid earbuds, use headphones at low/nominal levels and wear hearing protection at loud live events.
As for movies, I hope Hollywood and world film start to pick up now. We deserve a better summer than Dino's and an aging Cruise.
Another good flic about a bad one tonight

Idk. I came out of the theater thinking it was pretty bad. Thought the CGI in more than a few scenes looked like trash. Yeah, totally agree on all points. The movie they didn’t make is a much more interesting movie.Idk. I came out of the theater thinking it was pretty bad. Thought the CGI in more than a few scenes looked like trash. And the dialogue, Laura Dern's especially, was just awful.
Add to that the complete lack of intrigue about any of the dino characters in the WHOLE WORLD this time (look! Giant grasshoppers!), relegating the scope of the movie to a sanctuary (read: Park), and forced callbacks to death scenes from previous movies, it just came across as lazy and a missed opportunity. I wanted more worldly interactions like they showed on the fishing boat. How is THAT and other dino interactions in the real world not the story?
I had a really good sandwich at Canter's while a decent jazz fusion band played next door. That's the extent of experience there. The night that my wife and I went to see this in theaters, we had dinner at Canter's in L.A. and Tommy Wiseau was sitting in the booth next to us.

I did not hit her! It's not true! It's bullshit! I did not hit her. I did not!The night that my wife and I went to see this in theaters, we had dinner at Canter's in L.A. and Tommy Wiseau was sitting in the booth next to us.
Man, the only thing I remember from this movie is that it's got a Bowie song.Tonight's show

Good to hear - it's on my list!Just here to let y'all know that Cha Cha Real Smooth is on AppleTV+ now and y'all should watch it, because it's excellent.
I'm planning to watch Hustle soon. I've heard a lotta good things.Good to hear - it's on my list!
Also, I really enjoyed Hustle, not a big Adam Sandler fan but the story and many nba player cameos did it for me.
