Movies

This was pretty disappointing after the first two. Boring and slow and everything just felt kinda off to me. The actors (new ones), the acting, the dialog, the production design, the music, even the clothes they were wearing just felt cheap, i guess.

Definitely the worst one. Worst killer/killer reveal as well. I imagine the studio rushed this one before the interest for a complete trilogy ran dry.

I had only seen the first two prior to tonight so i'm hoping it will get better haha

I just read up on it a little and it had a $40 million budget which is $1 million more than the first two combined. But the movie was under development when Columbine happened which made the studio apprehensive about violence (even suggesting no blood) and the script was under constant rewrites and changes.

This whole time you had TS3 at the top I was thinking it was the 4th one, which I've only seen once. Ts3 is great, but it's still my least favorite of the first 3.

I saw Stop Making Sense last night at the Castro Theater in SF - it was a packed 1,400 capacity house and people clapped after every song, and there were many many people standing and dancing the entire time, with a few dozen people on stage dancing along for the last few songs. My friend I went with said he felt like we were at a Talking Heads concert. It was so much fun to see it with such an enthusiastic crowd!
