Looks like Criterion made a grip of his films available (unless there's some coincidence, but I had eyes on their offerings a month or so back during the Blank Check series and there's stuff up that wasn't then); I'll probably spin up Mulholland Drive tonight.

I haven't seen the movie in ages, but I decided to splurge on the new box set version of "The Conversation".

I have a love for these 70's crime thrillers and need to get more movies in this genre.

Anyway - the box set also came with a cassette of the score....but I'll probably also be getting the recent RSD vinyl release as I'm probably keeping this cassette sealed.

It's a very jazz centered score, so right in the wheelhouse of many users here...

5 star movie with a 5 star David Shire score. Insane that Coppola released this and Godfather Part 2 in the same year.

Straight Story may be the best one to watch right now. Very beautiful movie about mortality. A Fisney movie, but still appropriately Lynchian. Recommend to anybody who hasn't seen this one yet!
