So uh, this arrived, and I don’t have any record of ordering it (pardon the pun) so I am deducing it may be from my Santa!?

If so, spot on with the pick, it has been in my cart so many times and never pulled the trigger. So very excited to add Figure 8 to my collection. Thanks!!

Ok for reals Santa, unmask thyself! This one arrived today. I am a big SP fan, the kind that finds myself digging through the later era for the diamonds in the rough, this Billy solo album definitely has some of those. Thank you thank you thank you.



And my records for my Santee are in hand, just need to do some nice wrapping by and package everything back up! Should be on the way soon.

So good! My favorite Elliott record, and it gets a lot of spins.

I love them all, but XO was my first, and always stayed my favorite (I have a few bands like that where all their other just-as-good albums can never match the first album of theirs I heard).

XO is the one that made me stand up and take notice. I’d liked what I’d heard before but it was a wow moment for me. At some point I’ll do a dive into his catalog but right now, I want to revel in XO.

Same as you! I missed the deadline... WIth the temperatures we are having in Southern Europe, it definitely doesn't feel like Christmas time.
Anyway, if there are spot opens, I'll take it. If not, I'll watch the happiness shared in these pages <3

Santa’s goodies arrived today! I’m guessing Santa was @Matt M , our resident Hiss Golden Messenger fan?


I’ve heard some HGM before on playlists and liked it, so excited to dig in more. The Richard and Linda Thompson is an old favorite I’m happy to now have on vinyl. Trace Mountains is not something I’ve heard, so excited about that one too.

Great job, Santa! Exactly the type of thing I was hoping for!

Right on! That's the Hiss that got me loving him, the Thompson is just a stone cold classic, and Trace Mountains I think will hit your War on Drugs angle. Hopefully the Amazon package hit today too. Somehow the timing worked out nicely. Enjoy and have a great season!
