merry cribmus! elliott smith was a no brainer considering it is genuinely one of my favorite indie albums ever. the ogilala/billy corgan album i picked because i never heard of it, and also didn't know it was billy corgan before i played it.... but i started listening to it and i got mildly hooked on it, lol.
 
Dear N&G fam,

So i was my first car accident last week (0/10, butts, do not recommend). I am totally physically okay! Thrown into a tizzy with my finances tho, and an anxious puddle working on the claim. Santee, I WILL still be able to send you a present, tho it just may be a bit later in the holiday. Just a reminder to be safe out there y'all! And have a lovely weekend.
 
So this came over a week ago and I thought “oh I must have preordered this or something months ago and forgot.” I take the cardboard box out to the garage to break down eventually. I’ve listened to the album already thinking I just forgot I bought it.

Then I go out to break down the box for recycling and see the gift receipt that I completely missed when opening. Lmao.

I just got another one in the mail too. This one I definitely didn’t order but it was on my want list.

@Krampus' #1 Diaper Baby absolutely killed it. They said my discogs wantlist 404'd so they were flying blind. So I ended up with DIIV's latest Frog In Boiling Water (one of my favorites this year that I hadn't picked up yet), Gene Clark's White Light (an album I've heard of but not listened to yet), some Grateful Dead playing cards, a Sigur Ros and Grateful Dead magnet, a sheet of taco cat stickers (already a huge hit with my kids), an insignia from their Air Force unit and a postcard outlining everything. Absolutely stoked to dive in! Thanks again Ben!!!
