If I’m weighing up these dilemmas god help whoever got allocated me.

Put it in! If they say "what the hell is this?", it's just a stiffener to protect the other albums. Although, now you have created a paper trail.
 
Dear Santee, you'll soon receive two records that are two of my favorites this year. First is an incredible live album recorded by some of the most talented musician and a good starting point to the music I love/listen the most. Second is a record I think you'll love as I tracked your posts in the What's Spinning thread and you spinned quite a few "similar" records. I hope you don't have any of these and will love both.
 
My Santee is going to love what’s coming!

… Except that I had to use international sellers for one, and an artist band camp for the other.

Which means I might be cutting it close to the wire for having it delivered before Christmas.

Hope you like Mr. Lif! Wasn't really sure what to get since you didn't have a wishlist, but saw you had some hip-hop in your collection, and figured couldn't go wrong with Lif.

I don't really want 5 copies of the Black Album. Also, my want list is full of expensive things. Please disregard them. Please do not go broke because of my want list. Send me things you think I'll like, or anything that you see is clearly missing from my collection! I'm going to be thrilled with anything :)

But don’t worry i’ve set them aside and bought a 80s. Abba inspired Compilation album instead with bonus Debbie Gibson Cassette

It's perfect. I was really happy getting my package. That is exactly why i dont have a wantlist for secret santa. so someone can curate for me. As i said, i love the EL VY record but somehow never bought it. and i'm really glad you picked Mr. Lif whom i'm not familiar with to expand my horizon. I'll let you know what i think once i get to spin it.
