I am going to go with Lost on You by LP. 4th album from an American, pop rock/singer songwriter. She has also written a ton of songs for some pretty big pop stars but i didn't see Beyoncé on there. Gonna stretch with the gif clues and go with Mirror Man a song she wrote for Ella Henderson for the Jeckle/Hyde Clue and Afraid to Sleep a song she wrote for Vicci Martinez for the Chipmonk Gif clue.

Buuuuuut.....can you find a cheap source of vinyl? on amazon it's listed at $200 and I only saw CD releases on the wiki and discogs....

Yeah I was just looking around for one and it seems like it’s out of stock everywhere or expensive. The track ‘Vasquez’ sounds like hypnotism. And maybe the baby bear is hypnotised! Also the track ‘Night Song’ might tie into the GIF because at night, the bear gets out of bed and sleepwalks to Vasquez

The album cover is black and white and the album was inspired by a 50’s movie and that GIF looks like it would come from a movie from the 50’s! Not a strong link though but it’s the best I can do.
