I listened to Weyes Blood last night for the first time and it was great. Julia Holter I've never heard of.
The hints are gifs so they are context-less. Jekyll Hyde one could have to do with time period (1940's, which Chip and Dale were also created), drinking, mirrors, jekyll/hyde, Spencer Tracy, etc etc.
Chip and Dale could be the cartoon, sleeping, dreaming, sleepwalking, all sorts of things.
Occam's Razor (which doesn't really apply here since @Teeeee is playing with us to some degree I'm sure) would point to the first one being Jekyll/Hyde or drinking, and the second one with sleepwalking and dreaming, but feel free to use the above to think outside the box and brainstorm.

I have a copy of this album too, so I would have chosen to give my copy to you because you’re my favourite Murfocakes
But then you don’t live in America. So I would have ended up choosing Darin Boogie Star or Phaneronic to get my copy as I still have mini crushes on them

Definitely check out her opus “Have You in My Winderness”. It’s very heavenly, opulent and glamorous like Weyes Blood’s “Titanic Rising”. I’m not sure which album I prefer actually
