So I’ve dropped a few hints around over the last month, some intentionally, one accidentally.

It’s NOT Christmas music
It’s a new genre for the N&G AoTM
It’s not Lisa Hannigan - Passenger
And the first two proper clues are

It’s European Music
The album was released this millennium

So, my guess it's obviously:

We didn't have latin pop yet.
Shakira is married with Piqué, who is Spanish, so she's Spanish too.
The album... oh crap, she doesn't have anything on vinyl.
I'll have to think about it a little more...

As much as I want to go with the new album Michael Kiwanuka KIWANUKA (November 1st street date)

I think u have led us to the debut, to let us decide, if we want the rest cuz you are a gentleman!

SO........Michael Kiwanuka - Home Again is my guess (although my heart is telling me u want us to pre-order the new album through one of the various options)

Sorry for the delay guys, I'm still coming down from my Anima/Thom Yorke high. Managed to catch two shows(Santa Barbara on the 25th and The Greek Theatre on the 29th). I'll update in a few, let me know if I missed something!.

Hints:

I’ll help you out, it’s not eurodance, eurodisco or europop... 😂

Guesses

Libertines - Up the Bracket

The Coral - S/T

Bill Ryder-Jones - West Kirby County Primary

I'll guess The Gloaming - S/T

Irish folk band featuring Thomas Bartlett. I thought I remembered Joe was a fan, and he indeed has multiple posts about them. I went with the first record, but it looks like all their stuff is well-regarded.

If we're on the Irish theme....

Fontaines DC "Dogrel"
Screw it, first official guess:

Bloc Party - Silent Alarm

Post Britpop
This millennium
Not Xmas
Not the specific album
European
A genre not done yet
And available on vinyl

So, my guess it's obviously:

Oh wait...your form Arg. that was a joke.
I'll have to think about it a little more...

Isn't she Colombian. The only reason I know is becuase I have a playlist on my phone called Clark's Exitos. It has the song she did with Carlos Vives along with various other Reggaeton songs my wife introduced my 3 year old son to.

Wait your from Arg. you are making a joke.
