Hey all— my package arrived today and trying to get it set up. Is this piece supposed to be attached at the bottom of the basin? On my first pour the water just emptied into the bottom of the machine?

Dang! That looks broken alright! The conical filter in the middle is removable for cleaning but the rest of it should be stuck down there!

Yeah I will in a bit. Just finishing up cleaning a couple of records then I’ll have a look at the manual and figure out how.

Think I misread this the first time— you’re saying the vertical piece removes, but the rest should be secured down? Aka that piece shouldn’t just be loose in the bottom of the “well” / basin.

Playing through records after cleaning with this is an absolute pleasure. So so very quiet. I’ve already cleaned 83 pieces of vinyl and have had my turntable on almost constant spin when I’m awake since this thing arrived. Even my run in and run out grooves are silent now!

If it was me I’d try kickstarter or direct email first but socials isn’t a bad call after that because they’re going to want to keep positive hype going so will probably try to sort you out!

Hahaha! Sorry. This pandemic working from home means I’ve got it set up across the room so I’ve been able to just keep swapping records on it, and the turntable, as they end lol!
