I will definitely take a look at it again in the new year. Shipping and logistics into Canada right now is nuts. I will just keep trudging along with my Squeaky Clean. Unless @Turbo buys one then I will just break into his house and use it at night, a la NightMather.

I gotta say, i REALLY appreciate how up front they have been with everything during the whole process. It was one of the most communicative Kickstarters I have ever been a part of and they really seem to be taking customer service seriously.

the filter filters the water when you are pouring it OUT into the main tank. so you can take the top of the water tank off, fill it up to 12" then put the top on and pour it into the main tank.do you fill the tank with the filter in place or do you fill up to the 12" line and put the filter/ lid on ?
Initial fill, I just use the tank to measure and dump it in (the water is distilled, the filter's not going to do anything but potentially introduce microscopic contamination). Did you receive an email or did it just show up on your card? I haven't gotten one yet but I'm sure they will get to it.Already refunded for the shipping error. Seems like their CS is a positive attribute.
