I love that you guys celebrate Seward Day.
Hey, we all like a good deal! So crazy that this whole freaking state was bought for 7.2 million ($132 million when adjusted).

For reference, meme computer coins praising the wonderful Shiba Inu are worth about $5 billion, or about 38 Alaska’s. 🤷‍♂️ 😛

It's just funny that in my 36 years on this planet I never considered how obvious it was that that would be an Alaskan holiday.

Easter lunch earlier today: blood orange and mango cornish game hen, salmon wellington, striped sea bass with brussels sprouts and butternut squash, asparagus and mushroom tart, sesame seed brown rice, quiche, and Caymus Vineyards 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Making Melissa Clark’s harissa chicken and potatoes, maybe the perfect sheet pan meal.

Chicken drumsticks and thighs + potatoes marinaded in harissa, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper, roasted for twenty minutes then topped with sliced leeks and lemon zest and roasted further. Serve with a garlic-infused yogurt, a squeeze of lemon, and a scattering of fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, scallion).
