John Hughes movies always involved great music, and he may have hit his peak with Pretty in Pink. Featuring songs from OMD, Suzanne Vega, New Order, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Smiths as well as the fantastic title track from The Psychedelic Furs, this soundtrack is full of 80’s goodness.

Bob’s Burgers - The Bob’s Burgers Music Album

I was late to the Bob’s Burgers party. I think I watched the first couple episodes when they initially aired but it didn’t click immediately so it dropped off my radar. Thankfully, about a year ago, we gave it a another and it really hit the sweet spot. It’s vulgar and rude and slightly obnoxious but is is also warm, caring and heartfelt. It’s one of my “go to” comfort shows and I am grateful they just kicked off their 11th season last week. Also some very funny and catchy musical number throughout.

Day 1 sweater weather

I was almost stumped on day one. Haha. Thinking out the box on the this one. Phish covered this album for Halloween in 2016 which ended the fall tour.....so it always reminds me of that time of year when I think of it. I’ve just been wanting to listen to it lately so here’s my excuse.
