Saco? My aunt lives in Dayton. Small world, sorry your records are missing. I was just up there this summer. If I ever move out of the south it will be to Maine or Vermont.
They aren’t missing, FedEx just said “fuck it I’ll do it myself” because the post office handover would delay the package by three days.

Don’t move here. I say this as someone who loves Maine, but it’s just way too fucking expensive and a lot of what has made Maine cool over the years has kinda gone downhill. I hope to buy here some day but the market is absolutely fucking insane. There’s a home for sale a few blocks from me for $1.75m that would go for like 500k tops in the south. Unlike Boston or Hartford, the wages in Maine just do not match how pricey it’s gotten, especially with all the covid homebuyers from out of state.

I’m not so sure about that. My little ranch house with three bedrooms appraises for over 500k in the south now. We bought it for 250 before the pandemic. My parents’ farmhouse was three times the size of this place and was about 100k 30 years ago.

Gang, I freakin blacked out. These are the sales I’ve been waiting for, particularly from Universal. Been holding off on Blue Notes and the holiday 30% just cause I had a feeling something else would be coming - did not think it was gonna be a whole half off, but hell f’n yes. I’d been abstaining from Verve AS as well, but this is too good to not grab all the ones on my wantlist. I’ve been saving a few bucks for this! I’m good for a bit! 😂
Everything arrived FAST, which is good, cause shipping 16 LPs in one box? A little sketchy! One case where I'm glad most were gatefolds! Everything looks just fine, amazingly. It only had to travel from one state over.

They didn’t include Juju - got a prompt email reply from uDiscover with a refund. They ran out of stock unfortunately. But honestly, not bad. I expected more titles to not be available with this sale.

Then this morning, I did the unthinkable and pushed one more small one through of 3 titles I couldn’t get out of my head:

Unless that Joe Henderson/McCoy Tyner at Slug’s comes in stock before the 6th, that’s it! I’m on a ban!

Rollins Vanguard for $36 is an insane deal. It's a triple LP tone poet with great packaging.
