Electric Ladyland is down to $17.19, so I ordered it this morning. I'm listening my dad's old 1968 Reprise pressing right now, it sounds damn good, so I'm looking forward to comparing the two. 1983... (A Merman I Should Turn To Be) is probably my favorite Jimi song.
I really like these editions. I used the Hendrix Family AYE as my “so let’s see if this Sutherland makes a difference” album and lemme tell you, these editions can hang.

Just noticed a strange thing with Popmarket. Their discogs prices are about $5 cheaper than their website. I did a random look at my Cogs wantlist and all 5 titles I brought up were $4-5 more expensive on their website.
I've noticed that too but are you taking into account that the site includes shipping while discogs doesn't? Still seems weird because they have to pay discogs fees, so you'd think discogs would be more. Most other places charge more on discogs because of that. Also, there's almost always a coupon code for the popmarket site.

Maybe for the US. I did a test and added a few things and they added the $4.99 per item for international shipping (still a good rate) on top of the higher prices on the website. I have ordered from their Cogs store before and was charged the same amount for shipping.

Yeah, I saw that too. For example, this Undertones comp is 20% lower on discogs, including shipping:

Good to know! Shipping in the US is free from them on their site and 2.99 I think from discogs but still cheaper most of the time with discogs it seems outside of using a coupon code.

Funny the only reason I noticed was I brought up my Discogs want list so I could search their website to see if anything was in stock and noticed the funny prices. Good to know, their Discogs prices for Canada are reasonable.

I also think Popmarket is connected to Deep Discount? Whenever I find something I want on Popmarket, I always check Deep Discount and it's less expensive, sometimes by a lot.

Most of those places are all owned by the same major corporations. Or at least they ship out of the same warehouses and things...

deep discount, popmarket, importcds are all storefronts for DirectToU, LLC.
Yup, those and several others. It gets even deeper then that since Alliance Entertainment owns DirectToU, LLC on top of it all.

I did a bit of a dive a year ago on it and found out they're responsible for something insane like 50-60% of the entire worldwide distribution of vinyl.
