Photos of where you live

Ohhhhh so many memories…

We got some snow a couple days ago. It melted by noon but they canceled school over it anyway.

Man, when I was a kid in Jacksonville North Carolina, it was supposed to snow one day and they decided to send the kids home early. So we’re loaded up on the buses at noon and we saw a single snowflake fall. By the time we got home it was 60 some degrees and we were all out playing in shorts.

I grew up in Northern California and went to high school in Tucson, Arizona. The one and only time I had snow fall and stick to the ground was a random Easter when I was in high school. It was maybe an inch, if that, but I made the best ever 2-foot-tall mini snowman ever to stand next to a cactus.

I know, I've had one for every year of my life but it never fails that when I open the door unexpectedly to the first snowfall of the year my reaction is always "What the FUCK is THIS shit!?".
When we moved to Minnesota for a few years that was our exact reaction when we went out to light the Jack-O-Lanterns on Halloween and they were frozen shut.
