Political Discussion

Somehow I don't feel things are going well for him today.

I would love to read into this, but the dude was always going to pull this shit because they will be contesting the election. And since it's gonna be close either way, you pull this out now regardless of how it's going.

In 2020, I put out a Biden sign on the front of my house. When my trump loving neighbors friends visited, they screamed out disgusting racist epithets and slurs about my Black Lives Matter sign. I decided to not put anything out this year, even though my deplorable neighbors across the street have a trump 2024 sign flying on their porch.

I'm being more subtle with all blue lighting. (I had it orange and purple for Halloween)

ABC is interviewing the governor of North Carolina, who believes Harris will win North Carolina. And if she does, there will be no path where Trump can win.

He believes the biggest thing driving NC voters to vote for Harris is Trump would mean cuts to expanded medicaid.
If NC goes for Kamala, it goes on the possible relocation list for the wife and I after our kids are done with high school.

ABC News is not expecting to have a projection for PA tonight. They said they have already hear issues with counting from several precincts and expect them to not report until sometime tomorrow.

GA and NC are expected to report early tonight. And if one candidate takes both the election will probably be theirs. Theirs too lose at least and we will be watching that candidate the rest of the night and tomorrow.

What if Texas goes for Kamala? :)
Is that even a possibility? A few years ago I would have said yes, Texas is non the verge of being a battle ground state.

But everything I have seen is Texas is solidly Red again. And a lot of this has to due with a lot of Republicans from other states relocating to Texas during the Pandemic who were unhappy with how their state issues restrictions during the pandemic.

Based on what I'm hearing on ABC, Trump will take Georgia.

The economy is the number one issue with voters, and the majority of voters say they were better off 4 years ago than now.

In addition, Trumps messaging calling out Harris messaging for "They" and "Them" will turn a lot of Black Men to Trump.

There has also been record voter turnout in rural Georgia.
