At this point, whatever. Networks are claiming that the refusal to concede will hurt his "legacy" and the like, but all I see is a reign of terror.

I didn't see this on here yet, just that half the money would go to his campaign debts, but apparently for this "Official Election Defense Fund" 100% will go to other things than election defense (Save America PAC and the RNC) if your donation is under $8k.

I'm not sure, I frequent that site for sports news but they certainly have never been known for breaking stories or in depth reporting or anything. I went to the actual local newspapers' sites (Free Press and Det News) but they have gone subscription based for the content about this.

Not due to “suspected fraud” there have obviously been multitudes of voter suppression (of minorities and women, etc...) over our countries history but all these attempts to toss out votes is gonna be a bridge too far. Thankfully the Courts and States are there to check the Executive and Federal Government.

I found this quote to be the most interesting (emphasis mine): "Upon information and belief, the expert report will identify persons who cast votes illegally..."
I have a hunch that most of the lawsuit is actually based on nothing but the "belief" part, and courts don't decide cases based on belief.
