Political Discussion

Trump's closest advisors are saying that the president will never concede.

He might eventually acknowledge the election results, but he wont concede.

I didn't see this on here yet, just that half the money would go to his campaign debts, but apparently for this "Official Election Defense Fund" 100% will go to other things than election defense (Save America PAC and the RNC) if your donation is under $8k.

Even if they did, Biden would have a 290-248 advantage. They'd also have to invalidate Pennsylvania and Georgia for Biden not to get to 270.

I'm not sure, I frequent that site for sports news but they certainly have never been known for breaking stories or in depth reporting or anything. I went to the actual local newspapers' sites (Free Press and Det News) but they have gone subscription based for the content about this.

Just curious, historically has there ever been a time where mass quantities of votes were purged (including legal ballots) because of suspected fraud. This seems like it would be unconstitutional because you basically denied someone's right to vote.

There has however been mass quantities of voters being purged from voting roles before elections via GOP obstructionism

Not due to “suspected fraud” there have obviously been multitudes of voter suppression (of minorities and women, etc...) over our countries history but all these attempts to toss out votes is gonna be a bridge too far. Thankfully the Courts and States are there to check the Executive and Federal Government.
