he is Republican though? his father, Ron Paul, ran as libertarian and tended to vote that way as well. Rand considers himself libertarian conservative, but has been a staunch Trump supporter since the election.

They are blaming the issues on a new app used for voting in the primaries. They are citing inconsistencies on reporting the results.
It's a mess.
Also, first thing I heard this morning too is this plays right into Trump's rhetoric and voter fraud. It only works in his favor even though Iowa has said there was zero voter fraud, they weren't hacked and so on.

Once such doctor was arrested and taken in by police on January 3 for "spreading rumors online" and "severely disrupting social order".
Both are a "misdemeanor", but affect his social credit score. Meaning his ability to get hired, travel, take out loans and much more.
China issues an order on health officials that "Any organization or individuals are not allowed to release treatment information to the public without authorization" back in late December when it first appeared a SARS like virus was spreading.
The doctor above texted his friends and loved ones privately warning them. But a screenshot appeared online.
China was almost 2 weeks delayed in reporting the outbreak to the world and admitting locally they was a new virus. And it took information leaks going viral to make them them make the public statement. Otherwise they would have just silenced it.
