Here is a really awesome Shoegaze band called Glare. This ep sold out very quick but the label just got in a missing box with a few copies of the first pressing colors and this is the last they'll do of the album for a while.
This is from Sunday Drive Records and this label is putting out some awesome stuff. There's another great Shoegaze band on the label called Still which I recommend to check out too.

I wasn't aware of Sunday Drive before this year, but just got a shipping notice this morning for the new Still album; had been meaning to dig into the other bands on the label

One thing I know about myself is that if I am listening to this album a lot then I'm probably depressed. It's not that the album does that to me, I just find solace in it.

More Adventurous is probably their most popular album and my favorite (though I'd love to get Under the Blacklight on vinyl!) Also Rabbit Fur Coat by Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins if you haven't heard it.

Their catalog is fairly small (5 albums in total ) but it's really solid all the way through. I would say their middle 3 albums are all excellent and there debut and final album are just a step below that. I think Take Offs & Landings > The Execution Of All Things > More Adventurous would be my recommended plan of attack.

Yeah Jenny Lewis solo albums are all very great too. Also Blake Sennett's first couple albums with The Elected are pretty good as well.

The b-sides and rarities collection Rkives is worth a listen as well. It includes It'll Get You There, which is one of my absolutely fave RK songs.

The good news is I think their first 4 albums have all been repressed recently and are currently easy to find on vinyl if ya decide to go down that route.

Yes, More Adventurous would be my recommendation too. Finally picked up the vinyl a week or so ago as well - it seemed to be OOP for a minute but seeing it back in stock online just recently.

The Execution of all Things is my favorite, closely followed by Take Offs and Landings, then More Adventurous. But you cant go wrong with any of those 3.

My Rilo Kiley Rankings from listening to entirely too much Jenny Lewis/Rilo Kiley with the Jenny Lewis Projects interspersed - the gaps are small on most of these and IMO there's not a bad album in the bunch - full lengths only because if you get me into singles this'll be a project. I left out the Postal Service because I saw it as more of a Gibbard project but Give Up would be pretty high
