State and federal laws tend to be about thc content. That's why you can get your cbd lotion at the department store.

There's almost no thc content in the leaves.

Are you questioning what police officers will and will not pursue when it comes to drugs? That's a leap of faith. The average cop probably thinks the drug is being transported this way so it can be preserved then melted and then planted again. We cannot underestimate what those twats will do.

Ha! Yeah. Though I would be willing to bet that most of the white middle-aged men that would be purchasing the record would not have too much to worry about.
