And if they did, can you get a drug possession charge in some states? Is shipping or transporting across state lines illegal?

I read the Insta-post as saying you can only purchase in person at the Third Man Store.
That would avoid shipping issues for TMR.

Transporting over state lines is an interesting question.

If these are leaves from hemp, it would be legal to ship across state lines after the updated Farm Bill was passed in 2018. Hemp contains a miniscule amount of THC. Think it needs to be under 0.3%.

Better question is do you need a license of sorts to sell hemp? I know you do for marijuana. Online says you don't need a license for post-processed hemp materials, but this is far from that.
