I remember going to my local, Yesterday & Today records, in '94 to get pink floyd's division bell (on cassette, so i could listen on my bike, obviously), and I was mystified that they had vinyl -- who buys vinyl -- and that they would expect to make a profit at all on any of it. I distinctly remember holding Zappa's "weasels ripped my flesh" that was being sold for 25 cents.
