Pre-Order Thread

VMP thread debates, I will only say this, people that aren't done with VMP are accustomed to having the multiple threads, forcing them to change now and immediately doesn't seem plausible, my guess is over time the conversations won't be as active and that will be the time to consolidate, asking to change behavior immediately that isn't derogatory is more hurtful than helpful, all I will say on it

This is how I feel also, I mean let’s face it, even if clues continue to trickle in through Reddit etc., they will be just that, a trickle and I think even fans of the guessing game will feel like consolidating threads is probably the way forward.

I've never heard of this, but I had to check it out just based on the very intriguing description. I'm really digging this sound. Would never have found something like this on my own. Thanks :)
 
I’m not super-certain if this is the correct thread for this post, but just as a heads up for folks, I pre-ordered Black Mountain’s Destroyer from Black Mountain’s merchandise team. I got an email today that the orders will be delayed (and that all pressings will be on white vinyl) and they won’t guarantee delivery by the 24th. They’re still expecting most of them next week and are sending out a digital download code on the 24th (release date). So that’s nice. Just FYI in case anyone was considering a buy. And again, apologies if this post should go on another thread.

I wouldn’t be surprised if more dropped today. The last one I purchased was the Deeelite Dew Drops in the Garden and I hesitate to pull the trigger and it initially sold out. Mentioned on Reddit that it was sold out and I missed the boat and a few hours later another kind redditor gave me the heads up that more were available and I was able to snag a copy. I also remember War On Drugs I got it immediately but I recall quite a few posts of the next few weeks of people mentioning they were available again but it seem like no more than a handful of copies at a time. I think it’s a balancing act in that they wanna keep them in stock at theirs brick and mortar too so they put more up as it becomes clear the store isn’t going to sell all their copies. That being said, they could be refining their approach too. I think this is like the 9th or 10th one of these they have done this far. They could be getting better at accounting for their stock. Who knows.
