I was wondering the same thing and like @TenderLovingKiller® said before, it probably is. I’ll be getting this. That 2017 Big Pink remaster was awesome. Hopefully they can get similar results.

Yeah. I saw him at Pickathon that year and he told me he was going to do it. He said he was cutting a cymbal for Dale Crover and I was confused about what that even meant until I got an email from Joyful Noise about it. He already did that "12 sided" "Skins" record for him/them prior to that.

As others have noted, PIAPTK is more than legit. Whenever I've had issues with a bad copy, Michael and crew will always quickly send a replacement. Once their mail order assistant/volunteer friend forgot to send out my order and, when I checked in a few weeks later, Michael refunded me and still sent out the order. He sends frequent customers an advance notice when a rare/limited release is coming out, which is how I got a copy of the Dr. Dog - Oh Christmas Tree laserdisc lathe reissue whose original pressing was one of my white whales and which sold out like 10 seconds after it went live to the general public. They often sell their back stock that doesn't sell out for mad cheap. When it comes to the label and customer service, the PIAPTK crew is what we call good people.
