He's a dick in general. They'll also cancel orders and then relist/sell the same item at a marked up price. They'll straight ship you damaged stuff. They are huge offenders of shady practices around RSD.

Regarding PoS, I've only witnessed one case of them jacking up the price on an exclusive item and that was the DMB box set from a few months ago. It went from the initial listed price and then they increased future pre orders by $20. Once they burned through those, they topped it off at $150.

It used to be my local store when I lived in SoCal and the guy always rubbed me the wrong way. We also got into it online because they refuse to admit that they sell unofficial pressings calling them "Fan club editions" or some crap like that.
