No problem. Appreciate the education on the subject. I'm guilty of everything being just a joke far too often, I think Irish (not everyone obviously) can be tailored this way. I often wondered if we used it way back just to brush off our own racist attacks and it just stuck perhaps. Takes alot to offend me

If it was intended as a racist piece of propaganda then shame on that person who i dont remember actually posted it but I for one didnt think that it was posted for any other reason than to generate laughs at vmps expense

Never heard of him. Just googled and he looks like aggressively happy person, but in a kinda scary way.
 
Just with the confusion about the Obama pic, I didn't see it posted, but it sounds very much like the picture Eric Andre uses to shock people appearing on his show, so its highly likely a reference to that. As for Eric's meaning in using it, well you never know, but the combination of politics, insanity, and obscenity suit him well; I don't think its worth looking too deep into.
