Yes, Chris Bellman cut the Neil reissues all analog from the original master tapes (which are in great shape) and they stack up well against the original 70's Neil pressings. Neil did record a few albums digitally in later years, and though recorded analog in the early 70's I think Massey Hall may have been transferred to hi-rez digital before the vinyl was cut, but all of the early analog studio albums are superb. I have EKTIN, ATGR, Harvest, TFA, TNT, OTB, Zuma, ASNB, RNS, LR, H&D are they are outstanding.

EKTIN is sibilant, but you hear the sibilance in the original CD and the original U.S. pressing. It's on the tape.

Now this guy Neil’s.

Yep, got that sickness. There are other artists also well-represented in the collection. I'm thinking about developing a serious blow problem to replace the record collecting. The coke problem would be cheaper. Also, a blow problem would be easier to hide from my wife as I don't think a coke dealer would be delivering to my mailbox in 12" x 12" mailers 2 or 3 times per week.

Yeah but if you developed a coke problem, you’d then have to start buying reel-to-reel tapes, which are even more expensive.

Not sure when this went back up but seems to be everywhere including merchbar for $16
I picked up a copy a few weeks back, and it sounds great. She was getting ready to announce a new album this past spring, but ran into some health issues, which seems to have put everything on hold. No new details since then, but hopefully will see the light of day at some point!

Hope so! I had been waiting to get this one when the prices went insane. Hopefully her health is doing well

Such an incredible album. Got to see her live on this tour right before COVID shut everything down. Can’t wait for new music from her.

Just stumbled upon this having a recent repress last month:

Shows up on Amazon too for a good price, but says 4-7 months to ship for that one:

But you just need the one Night Ranger album on R2R
Okay, I need a sanity check. When I caught up on this page and read thru "coke problem" and Night Ranger...my mind INSTANTLY went to Boogie Nights when the movie was in that crazy coke scene and Sister Christian was playing in the background. And that dude kept dropping the snap pops (or whatever they are called) on the floor. Was your reply in reference to that movie scene?
