i love television an unhealthy amount. i have watched (and rewatched) SO many shows in the past year it's disturbing. what's been popular round these parts lately!

I'm actively trying to get everyone to watch House of Ninjas on Netflix. And I can't help but feel that I'm having to pressure people far too much considering the central crux of the show is a goddamn house full of fucking ninjas.

Yeah, I Think You Should Leave is up there but our most quoted shows are The Simpsons (number 1 always and forever) followed by 30 Rock and Arrested Development.

i should've added arrested development. the degree to which i say "i don't understand the question and won't respond to it" and "look at banner michael" and the scream lucille does whenever she realizes it's gene parmesan. ugh. rip, jessica walters.

also when buster says, "i thought you meant as a plumber or something, and was like, when did that happen?"

yeah i probably wrote that one as much as any other tbh. my lucy quotes are random. my favorite being "you got quite a hitch in yer getalong" and "i'm going to vamp you" and "you should really see it darling, it's darling" and " my mother never told me to talk to strange men... whoever she is" and the way lucy says "oh" in the amnesia episode.

GOD i love that show

okay! i will try to remember. i've been at my moms the past few weeks cause she had two eye surgeries (one per eye) so i've been doing basically everything for her. i am perpetually exhausted. she's definitely not the ITYSL type, though she did happen to see the "not everyone knows how to drive/do everything" bit, and laughed at that.

but i doubt she'd think the others are. like the whoopee cushion. or the so horny your stomach hurts (which i have on my dating profile, it's a real hit)

Just to push this across the finish line .. Detroiters is Tim Robinson's first show that co stars Sam Richardson who you absolutely know from ITYSL among many other things and it's funny as fuck...

Uh, just in case, do not watch this in front of... anyone...
