Television

We started watching The Pitt tonight. Spectacular. We're 3 in already. Reminds me of the first season of ER but with no mellow drama. Love the bookends of Noah Wyle going from being Carter to the Chief. He's so great in this.
Started last week. I’ve really enjoyed but man is it really intense.

It’s on my list. I need to finish The Pitt and start White Lotus first. That should allow for a bit of a queue to build. Actually I might do Dope Thief first or The Righteous Gemstones… I think I might have too long of a list. Andor and The Last Of Us start back up soon too.
This has been my favorite season of WL so far. Or maybe I'm not remembering how much I liked the others...either way, super watchable, awesome cast.

Yeah I think this is the first season where every character’s story arc has a palpable level of tension with very little comic relief. And I think it’s due to
them weaving in the storylines of S1 and S2.
, but the performances are also top notch as usual. I have high expectations for the finale.

I feel like I'm going crazy reading about the show on Reddit because most don't seem to like it, and don't feel like anything has happened.

I've been on the edge of my seat the whole season and can't wait until Sunday!

This season has been building and building. There's load of tension and anxiety with every episode. I really hope that they stick the landing in some capacity because it would be disappointing if they didn't.

Once we saw the first scene with the shooting in the background, I've been thinking about who's the one shooting and why? At first I thought it was maybe going to be Rick, then maybe Fabian because he's got that weird vibe about him and could snap. Then maybe Gaitok for not being taken seriously or Tim because he's just had it with all the stress. It could be Gary hiring someone to kill Belinda or the Russian Guys coming back to rob for round 2. I have no idea which makes it exciting and anxiety inducing thinking about it. As of right now my money is on it being no one of particular, just a random shooting and unfortunately someone innocent getting caught in the crossfire (I hope it's not Chelsea)

This is the Marvel Society, everyone needs something to happen at all times. White Lotus is structured like an 8 hour movie. If there is a climax at the end of each episode, it would be just be Lost or 24.

I agree but these criticisms are mostly from people who loved the first two seasons. I'd have to go back and watch those but I don't think this season is all that different.
