I’m kind of curious about the new stereo mix.

It’s a nice mix but I think the digital process the used to extract the individual instrument stems has muddied the clarity a bit. It’s still good but I’ve heard it clearer. I’m still all in on the mono as the best analogue cut.

Does anyone know if this 2022 Stereo pressing is different than the box? I compared the 2 and the standlone one has a much wider spine, but the box one has additional writing on the back.

Odd / interesting 1980 Canadian press of With The Beatles, w/ the addition of BEATLEMANIA! before the title. TLC laquers indicate a wide stereo mix.

EDIT:

Apparently only Side 1 has the WIDE MIX.
SIde 2 has JAMF and XEX-448- RE 6 which means it's not wide. Bummer.

Damn these turned out great!
MPO can actually press quality quite vinyl. This surprised everyone.
Anyone saying Kevin Reeves can't cut a good record is eating crow these days.

He brought sound out of these tapes that's been trapped for decades.

These are bargins for the price. Don't sleep on these.
