Probably play that shiny new Grandaddy album The Sophtware Slump that came out in the year 2000...ok not exactly new but it is a reissue from this year so it's kind of new!

When I first got it I actually had a chance to spin it right away, funny thing, my wife walked in the room and started singing along, then asked if I was listening to Mercury Rev! I said no and attempted to wrap my head around what was happening, did I slip into an alternative universe? My wife is a very casual music fan so this was strange, she then said "oh right, I think this is the band I used to play on my radio show is college that I thought was Mercury Rev"... again WHAT?!?! Who is this person?!? I might have known about the radio show but she never really talked about what she played...is.my wife secretly more of a music geek than I am?
