The National

Just checked the regular sale for the Irving show and we're in the first row of the seated section just beyond the Pit. Originally I thought, hmm Row V seems a little back but it's a seat. Now it's front row of seating!

I'm digging this whole album. It gels so well. It's a pleasant listen start to finish. It's very Sleep Well Beast but without Turtleneck which I always felt was a little jarring.

Holy fuck. "This Isn't Helping" sounds SO MUCH BETTER live what the hell??
Personally, not to keep harping on Ice Machines so much, but if it sounded more like the live version on the record I think that final stretch would flow so much better. I do like the studio version now, but the live one amps it up so much more.

This sounds very cool. I remember 4AD did a pop-up in lower Manhattan a few years ago - I was unable to get into the city, and asked my daughter if she would stop by to check it out, but she wasn't able to get there. Very curious to know what they will have there!

"Each day we will pull fresh goodies from the vaults."

Guaranteed to get collectors / fans to show up every day they can! Test pressings? Rare numbered vinyl? The Belle & Sebastian / England 12"???? I will definitely check it out.
