If you haven't done it yet, make sure you initiate at least a couple of conversations with Zipper while standing behind him. He absolutely hates it.

Managed to get all the bunny day stuff, thanks to being able to trade eggs with other kinds of eggs with zipper. Don't have enough star frags to make the bunny wand, but I sold off the bunny stuff I didn't want anymore for enough to pay off the addition to my house.

I figure that if my island doesn't ever have good prices this week (I think I bought at 99 or so) then someone here or one of my friends will have an island that is buying for over 99.
