For 20 bucks and the option to send it back; seems like a reasonable gamble. Can always call Audio Advisor to inquire. Most audio manufacturers don't change their IR codes very often.
Yeah I'll give them a call. The issue is that it'll cost $20+ shipping here and then $20+ shipping back so if it's not the right one I will pay $40 to find out.

Yeah it's not about the buttons, it's about the IR code that the amp responds to.

No no, the remote is literally labeled "Amp 4" I believe the V1 NAD 316CEE remote was labeled AMP 1 or 2. So may not be the same IR code.

For us vintage fans...we better all learn how to fix this stuff. My prediction...in about 10 years you are going to see a glut of vintage gear on the open market for cheap. The "fixers" are a dying breed. And GOOD-GREAT repair techs?...well...let's just say you better get your stuff fixed now...versus later.
