What a weird box.
I personally don't think it'll get broken out.The anthology will never be repressed, but what’s the over/under on most of these getting a breakout in the next year?
That's the real cost we aren't factoring in. The box itself, with out any vinyl, cost them $200 to manufacturer. The anthology will never be repressed, but what’s the over/under on most of these getting a breakout in the next year?
Maybe. Other than last year being the 50th anniversary of the art form, hip hop is not traditionally nostalgic or likely to look back.I personally don't think it'll get broken out.
What I DO think though is most of those will see a release with slightly different specs at some point in the next while.
Like, most of these albums are money makers, I can't imagine these being locked down by VMP.
What?! Why?!? Haven’t you heard????? He’s the best New York rapper of the century!!$66 a record for members lmfaooooooo. Maybe some of y'all feel these records are worth it but $66 for Cam'ron has me howlin
I mean, it has Shut Em Down and Can't Truss It, which are on my top tier of PE songs. That PE album isn't that good.

But I'm leaning more on the side of "This whole goddamn set probably isn't worth it at like 1/2 the price" for me the more I think on it.
That PE album I'll probably want in my collection at some point, but it's not super important, and I'm certainly not going to spend more than say $50 CAD on it.
That Scarface album seems like the prize out of the whole lot.
That's a pretty good Vince Staples album and I definitely want it, but I really can't see that just being a picture disc or super expensive box set forever.
The other two I honestly don't care about.
It’s really the last great PE album. It was the one that came out while I was in college. It was the first tour I saw them on. It’s real sin is Fear is a Great album and Nation is a GREAT album. That PE album isn't that good.
It's prob my fav PE album. By the Time I Get to Arizona is top tier PE. I have the Respect the Classics version and it sounds great. That PE album isn't that good.
It’s still the first one I reach for.Ha, the sentiment off this albums kinda feels like Metallica and whether or not you feel like the Black album was great is based really off when you were born (it's not).
Metallica or PE, I will only judge you for one of these so choose wisely. It’s still the first one I reach for.
Metallica is always going to be Ride the lightening for me.Metallica or PE, I will only judge you for one of these so choose wisely.

You chose acceptably.Metallica is always going to be Ride the lightening for me.
