I thought this might be the case, thanks for letting me know.
It actually gets even worse than that. I've had an issue since around May with Royal Mail changing the postcode on their label (the DHL one that sits underneath is correct) which means any time it's them that are due to deliver (sometimes it is Hermes/Evri) it never arrives. I've still got packages I'm waiting on that say they were delivered in May of this year.
VMP has generally been good at replacing them but, again if it's Royal Mail then I don't get them and they replace them again. It's an absolutely crazy situation and such a waste. I've rang Royal Mail, talked to the postman, and talked to their CS at the depot with no luck. I'm trying to convince VMP to make sure it's Hermes/Evri or DHL that delivers for me over here but no luck so far.

Jesus I’m on the other side of the fence. My Evri driver has been losing parcels for ages now. He has now ‘misplaced’ over 10 VMP parcels, I have asked them to use Royal Mail instead.

The delivery guy, Jamie, is definitely taking the parcels and the shambles that is Evri makes it impossible to contact humans, or pick up from the depot or follow up at all. Useless company

Ah same with Royal Mail when it comes to contacting them. Its an infinite loop online that takes you back to the start if you need to actually contact someone.
Craft has too many Tico/Fania records, more than the market can take, so VMP is the overflow department.
Works for VMP too, Craft/Salsa is their fill-in when the imagination has run dry.

The Tico/Fania reissues are phenomenal and should be the standard for 1LPs these days. Strong tip ons, AAA by a top dog, straight from the source.
Don’t know what you mean by “imagination runs dry.” They’re extremely well done and criminally neglected.

The marketing flyer also confirms Ray Barretto’s Acid for October Essentials which is probably the one I’m most looking forward to.
They well may be the standard, and are all very well done by Craft. I have quite a few. Colon and Barretto I would agree fall into 'neglected' status, and the VMP Celia Cruz is a phenomenal record.
La Lupe isn't criminally neglected, IMO it is cheesy. But AAA, tip on, top dog, straight from the source there are people who would jump all over Barry Manilow and Partidge Family reissues.
