I don't "need" VMP. I like both VMP and N&G. I also like the Colemine and Soul Step options. I buy some VMP releases, but not nearly all or as many as before, and I participate here and picked up the Lou Reed selection. Just passing along the info.

I venture to guess that the VMP threads are still some of the most popular though.

I'm starting to really dislike VMP's preorder process. Maybe if they kept the dates locked it would be less annoying, but honestly some of their pre-orders feel like "give us your money now, and you'll get your records... someday."
Example: I ordered the TLC bundle so long ago, and it's had multiple delays. I'm not even sure I remember when it was supposed to be here originally. It's insane that they've been sitting on my cash for that long.

Their pre-order stuff has gotten out of hand for sure. I am taking a chance on the Caribou pre-order but am expecting an e-mail blaming a warehouse or manufacturing error . still kind of mad about the Weyes blood debacle

It has been a long time since they have had a delay free month if i remember correctly. Their rapid expansion into Newbury territory has caused them many problems and the customers have been paying the price. If it wasn't for the fact that their "curation" was unique, alot of people would treat them like Newbury. I'm glad that my one month sub still works so every few months i can just net everything i missed out on then leave.

Plus paying 42$ USD (55$ CAD) I expect premium product and if its anything less I'll let them know.

Oh I ranted.
