Vinyl Me Please Essentials

I actually think this works really well as an analogy for him. He would be a perfect spokesperson for Bud. I prefer the watery flavor of Coors Light having lived for so long in Colorado, but that doesn't fit him as well as Bud, the king of beers, lol. It's hard to say it's bad because it's just plain and mostly flavorless, but great on a hot sunny day fishing. Kinda like where I Bruce on the radio would be alright.
Exactly!

Piss? I think you’re confusing Budweiser with Heineken (for the record, I quite enjoy Heineken as well).
Ugh, I can't drink that skunk piss. Makes me gag. Nothing from a green bottle. Weird science makes them nasty because of what green light does to beer.

Maybe Corona?

I don't know, I don't buy watery beer, but I'll never turn it down even if I prefer something with flavor. I will turn down a Heine though, can't stand the stuff.

I mean neither is great. Heino is a bit stronger which gives it a bit more but it’s still piss. I’d avoid both. The problem I have with bud is that it tastes both quite watery of and incredibly chemical at the same time. I just find it, and miller and coors, pretty repugnant.

And this isn’t some kind of diatribe against brewing corps, I’m not a huge craft drinker either because it’s a market so dominated by IPA’s which absolutely aren’t my thing either. Just a nice stronger, flavourful lager over here please.

It was an acquired taste for sure. Initially I hated it but sometime over the past 25 years of imbibing it grew on me and now I love it.

For example our political discourse now is broken down between a) those that don't care much for Trudeau, but are holding their noses and voting for him because b) the other side thinks "Fuck Trudeau" stickers are a valuable contribution to the political discourse and think their freedoms are being stolen without much proof, all the while their leaders are offering no solutions, just criticisms.

The most hilarious part about the "Fuck Trudeau" stickers for me is that I wholeheartedly agree with the stickers themselves, but can't stand 99% of the people who put them on their vehicles! 😂

I feel this so much! I supported literally anyone else except Biden in the primaries and i was saying the whole time that he would be a terrible president and have been rather underwhelmed by him for the past 2 years (although i have come around on him alot the past few months). But my reasons for feeling this are completely different than my neighbors with a "Lets Go Brandon" Flag flying outside their house and I still believe he is a better president then Trump lol

I will say, Budweiser in Ireland and Europe in general is way more disgusting than it is here. They use formaldehyde to preserve it and it makes it taste like bananas and chemicals over there. It's not quite so bad of a flavor here, still not great though.

🤮🤮🤮

I think I should just stick to pints of the black stuff really…

That's the way! I'll take the black stuff anyway over the yellow stuff.

Im not a fan of it out of cans but in the pub it’s absolutely my go to unless it’s a real scorcher. Or I’m outside of Ireland. It’s rare a foreign pub knows how to handle the stuff properly and/or does the volumes to keep it flowing through the pipes.

I was a big fan of the Beast (Milwaukee's Best) in my youth. I could probably down a 30 rack of that without too much trouble while fishing. I wouldn't, but I could 😂
Yeah, if you added “Ice” to the name I was right there with ya. The Beast Ice was one of the best bang for your bucks, you could get a 30 pack for like $10 bucks and at damn near 6% ABV you’d be good to go for the after party.
