Wow. Already got tracking for Sturgill and King Curtis. Earliest notice ever for me.

Heh same here, just got a shipping notification for Curtis only. As I was writing this, got another shipping no for Sturgill as well, so i expect the notifications may just be delayed. Either way though, this is one of the quickest shipping notifications for me.I oddly got shipping for King Curtis, but NOT for Sturgill. The more things change with VMP shipping, the more they stay the same.
Hype leads to FOMO. FOMO leads to demand. Demand leads to selling out.

Same. But no tracking for other May orders which I feel like they'll ship later on in the month again.Same
They actually shipped my one other May order a week and a half ago, which I found strange.Same. But no tracking for other May orders which I feel like they'll ship later on in the month again.
Consistently inconsistent is their motto I thinkFeel a little bad for the west coasters who literally slept on the Empire Strikes Back release. Not sure why they didn't do their usual noon release time.
They shipped most of the ones in stock a week or two ago. I should be getting one of my VMP 100 and Spiritualized orders today. My other VMP 100 order is partially in stock so I think that's why they haven't shipped and the others are showing Mid-May. I think they just got everything they could out of the warehouse to clear orders and in some cases even shipped orders that haven't even reached their street dates yet (oops). They actually shipped my one other May order a week and a half ago, which I found strange.
This album is so good I'm wondering why VMP didn't make this a monthly "classics" selection instead of a random store drop? Are there other versions of this being reissued at this same moment?Just As I Am
'Just As I Am' is Bill Withers' 1971 debut studio album. We have it on Brick Red Galaxy vinyl.www.vinylmeplease.com

Exactly what I was thinking, it would make such a great Classics pick. This album is so good I'm wondering why VMP didn't make this a monthly "classics" selection instead of a random store drop? Are there other versions of this being reissued at this same moment?
Isn't it cheaper at $30 to pick it up now, or are you on a bridge plan still?Exactly what I was thinking, it would make such a great Classics pick.
Im tempted to wait and see if it makes it to SWAPS to be honest.
