Just gave The Walkmen/You & Me (VMP version) a first spin. No issues at all and sounds great. I won’t be able to compare to my 2010 Fat Possum reissue until this weekend, but if you’re on the fence, consider this a nudge in a positive direction.

Excited for this but wish they just did it as non-VMP titles. The $50 price tag when their normal jazz dispensary titles are $25 really kills me.

Since they were on color I’m hoping they do a black vinyl version. I only ended up picking up Heavy Axe for cheap on eBay. i got a clean promo OG of Leon Spencer for $15 too. Hate the exclusivity pricing. Maybe these will be cheaper but doubt it

That Melvin Sparks rules. Don't think it has been reissued for 30 years or so. Betting on same price or more than last time. I'll be really surprised if the lower the price.
