God, where DID denim cargo jeans go?!? I'll never understand why that fad died

Figure the cargos were late in the acid-washed jeans life cycle. Someone was trying to keep it alive by hitching a ride on the cargo pants wave. Any canucks remember rugby pants?

Exactly. The Hustler and Alma con Alma have never been reissued before this, and the Allstars reissue was in France, so why would MRP have the contract? That's why I asked if there is a Fania reissue campaign (bigger than VMP) that I hadn't heard of.

My Google-fu is turning up nothing but I did find the All Star Live albums for $18 a piece on Amazon, way cheaper than the VMP versions!

I’ll be honest, I don’t think I’d grab a N&G shirt for $35. Shirts aren’t that expensive to make are they?

The margins are small if we price close to what people want, based on our limited research into it. A cool thing for members, for sure, but not really something that funds the site unless we price higher. But we’re still talking about it.

Years ago when I was active on another forum they did a fund drive with baseball jerseys. They all had the logo on the front and if you wanted you could pay extra for your username and member number as your player number. I know, nerds.

When I looked yesterday it said there were only 888 members. Assuming it's not just bots, 3 new members joining in less than 24 hours is pretty good.

I don’t think we’ll do another official update on the state of things until we have this sort of stuff nailed down.

Did anyone else order Charlie Collins? I haven’t played it yet, but it seems ‘Space Between’ is not on the track list but is shown on the VMP page as on the album. It’s not a dealbreaker, but would have liked to know if I’m getting a different track list than what’s listed on the site.

Damn this Weyes Blood album is still so good. It’s currently sitting at #2 on my AOTY list. The vinyl looks good and about halfway through side A is sounding good too. The signed art print is nice too I suppose.
