Never. Might be because I'm in the North though.Once again my VMP packages have been refused delivery as the wrong postcode has been added to the label.
This is crazy and probably the 7-8th time that this has happened in the past year.
Whats strange is that the label that's printed in the US is correct, it's the label that gets put over it once it reaches the UK that has the incorrect postcode. Has anyone else had this issue (mainly International Subscribers I guess)?
I think the answer is Yodel. I had a ‘delivery’ driver who every parcel disappeared with. Since they have changed to Royal Mail every parcel has arrived. You need to contact VMP CS and ask to stop getting from Yodel. They (Yodel that is) are a corrupt shit show with zero customer care, and most companies are now getting wise to them.Never. So is it UPS/ Yodel who are changing it? Wonder if there are two similar street names and the postcode is auto defaulting to the other one

Any company that deals with yodel gets what they deserve in terms of lost packages. They treat and pay their drivers like utter shit, set unrealistic targets and act like this could could nothing to ever go wrong. And they’re not the only ones doing it…
I usual just say “did I stutter?” For those who are offended, I actually stutter, so bite me.I didn’t think it was that unclear, unless @Selaws is an oddly sentient corporate body…
Wait, y’all have a gig parcel service? Holy fuck does that seem like a bad idea.Absolutely, hopefully an incoming government in Britain will ban this whole gig economy shit show.
