I mean they always were going to if they got a nice version of an album I liked, never mind a gorgeous version of a whale.

What I’ll say is every criticism of them I have still holds and I reserve my right to trash them as and when I feel like it.

However, they’re another online store, that although run by dicks is far less evil, and over here cheaper, than a lot of the alternatives. I don’t consider them a club or curators anymore though!

From what Ive read the have let people swap for Hustler so my guess is if they have it in the warehouse they would probably allow it. You may wanna contact CS and see about swapping one of the albums you already are subbed for if they allow it then sign up for the additional sub and swap it for OutKast.

For the first time since I joined, I changed my main sub, going from RHH to Essentials. I’m on the fence for QotSA but I don’t want to even remotely run the risk of missing out on Aretha.

After that, I’ll probably change it over to Classics, because that sub seems to have become my bread and butter.

Ok, Is anyone willing to talk me out of swapping for Gorillaz this month? I joined VMP with Sorcerer, and ever since I’ve consistently heard about that Gorillaz package.

Here’s the thing...I’m just not sure how much I’d spin it. Ive given the album 2 listens, and it just kinda depresses me. Am I missing anything? Backup options are Byrd - Fancy Free, Darrell Banks, The Lightmen, or asking them to give me Coltrane - Blue World.

Decided I don't need Demon Days, as I have a black copy. So...

Guess who's getting some MF DOOM?

MM...FOOD is a brilliant album and the VMP pressing sounds really colourful and crisp! The colours also look really good in person too!

Although I love both albums, for me it’s...
MM...FOOD > Demon Days

So when MF DOOM was announced as the record of the month I decided to see if I could sell my original copy as I didn't really want to have 2 copies. I ended up having someone offer me 4 times what I originally paid for it after I noticed that it was the copy with the misprint (2 of the tracks were flipped on the label). I double checked with the guy to make sure he understood that it wasn't gold plated or covered in diamonds and he said he wanted it specifically for the misprint. Collectors confuse me sometimes.

Guess it didnt make it to the warehouse in time. Sucks since all the other copies were in stores last week. I accidentaly forgot to cancel my indie preorder from bullmoose so now have to decide if Im going to keep my VMP order too.

Oh yea, it was between that and Sturgill anyway. I just went with the financial option that made for sense at the time. Luckily I hadn’t pulled the trigger on BH yet.

What a journey. I re joined this month for a couple exclusives and only ended up getting one of them. I swapped Da Brat for Flaming Lips and grabbed both the Lips exclusives. After some pondering I swapped again for Gorillaz. Thought about it more and swapped for Darrell Banks. And then I cancelled AGAIN

I’m also considering trying to cancel my order of the Lips exclusives but probably won’t. When I get FOMO vibes and rejoin I will grab Darrell Banks for sure because it’s pretty good.
