I’ve worked in IT for 24 years, and in various capacities have been involved in many database migrations, system upgrades, and software transitions.

Being generous, anything taking longer than 24 hours to complete is an utter embarrassment.

OMG, I’m speechless! 😶😶😶

I’m so naive, so I know the migration didn’t go completely smooth, but I thought it was OK. But by the sounds of it, the migration went horribly bad...

The worst may be yet to come; they have to send out December packages and I worry that they may not have the correct order information for everyone.

For example, my John Coltrane Blue World order is flagged as fulfilled (it is not) and I already hear some members getting more than they ordered. Will there be a copy left for me or am I going to miss out on the record I ordered on the first day of sale?

Come on Nathan, I get that you’re relentlessly positive about them but it’s pretty obvious in this thread alone that it’s fucked completely. Not all the November boxes went out. The remaining ones have been told that they only have capacity right now to send out 500 a day. They have to get through 30,000 in a week from next week when the December boxes have to go out. At current capacity thats going to take 60 days even without the November backlog. Some peoples subscription data still hasn’t updated, they can’t swap, a dumb decision to only allow one move in the swaps, PayPal details still haven’t migrated.

My November ROTM finally went out today ... Hopefully it comes to the right address 😂

Sounds like the biggest mess ever for them and for so much of their customers! 🤦‍♂️
