Voldemort has been having these issues for longer than 2 years! They have been having these problems from the month after the album I started with - which was Perfume Genius. They just handled the issues a lot better back then. Remember the swoosh on J Dilla and the delay on Ben Webster and how those were handled? Transparent and open communication. Hmmmm.... what has changed since then?

The shipping has been a problem since they switched to Saddle Creek. Back when Cam actually engaged with us without snark and before Storf, he used to ask us to PM him our issues with shipping and he would track our orders down himself. This was before they hired an "operations manager" who would "travel at least monthly" to NC to work with SC. We have been telling them that SC is awful since the beginning of their use of them. And they were "working on" getting a new shipping company. How many xmas's ago was it that we were "promised" that we would have our Dec orders before xmas? And this was of utmost importance to some of us because the holiday exclusives weren't in the store prior to being available in the Dec orders. It was a fiasco. Was that 2 or 3 xmas's ago? I can not believe there are people that still haven't received November's shipment. And what's this about them only being able to process 500 a day? Yikes.

Most companies that know just even a tiny bit about what they are doing will have a black out period in their year. No new projects, no new implementations, nothing except focusing on baseline. Because baseline at that time of year is going to kill them, so why add anything new? Imagine Amazon implementing a new system on Black Friday. They wouldn't because from Black Friday until Jan is probably their busiest season. Just an example. It seems like these guys at Voldemort didn't even test this migration. It's shameful.

And Voldemort needs to focus on getting the records out timely with adequate QC before they go making anymore apparel. But yeah, whatever man, that's just my opinion.

Edit - Long story short - the issues they are having are nothing new. And they have proven time and again that they are unable to solve them.

Got shipping notice for The Infamous and none of my other stuff. So I'm 1/5. I thought my membership being finished would put me at a lower priority then the people who still haven't seen November.

I'd be relieved if I got a shipping notification just for Mobb Deep at this point, tbh. Because it's pretty obvious a good bunch of us won't ever get one.
