Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

It’a not that I dislike them, it’s that I feel let down by them, I see that they’ve made gargantuan errors. I don’t trust what they’re saying and I would be reticent to give them more money.

Honestly my instinct is that it’s 60/40 in favour of them being gone but if it does happen it’ll be quicker than June.

If you think the problems began with the migration then you’ve been burying your head in the sand for a long time. The migration issues are not an anomaly, they are symptomatic of the the types of mistakes VMP has been making since I’ve been a member, that’s March 2018, 21 months ago.

And I'll extend that timeline - they've had issues since I was a member - perfume genius (was that 2014 or 15?). They handled the issues far differently and way better (swoosh, ben webster) but the issues have been around since the beginning.
 
I haven't even sent an email to them but received two of these last night, still waiting on (essentials, classic) to ship, seems to be a mass email sent out to everyone not receiving their packages yet
I have sent two emails in the last few weeks, reached out on IG and FB and received zero response, not even the canned email everyone else is receiving. Still no shipping confirmation and none of my records showing up. Ugh.

Yeah that's super frustrating and one of the reasons I haven't sent them anything regarding the status of these records because of everything I've been reading here.
 
Remember the good old days where if you had an issue with your product, people would say "Yeah but CS is the best and they will for sure straighten it out for you!"

I left before I experienced any real problems (can’t recall anything at least)
The forum end was my trigger point.
I wonder how many subscribers exist who were like me in the early days - I never looked at forum didnt have a clue what the AOTM was (and there was only one) until I got the email drop.
Record would arrive eventually and I’d not really have a set date in my mind for that so no complaints on that score either. I didn’t even consider exclusives as an option. If they have thousands of those subscribers they can get away with a lot of bad service.
Customer Service when required for minor issues was always speedy and helpful.
