BMG music service also have like 5 free CDs for referring anyone, so even my main account was always getting loot from all my aliases. I remember one account alias was Joey Greco named after the host of the show 'cheaters' that my roommates and I watched in college sometimes. Never paid up on that bill!

What is in their computer system? Are there no records of anything? How does a business ship something but don’t know where they shipped it to? I think I’ve moved past being upset. I’m actually flabbergasted.

I looked at my account page and all the records I’m waiting on are unfulfilled. It also says the last payment I made was in May 2017...lol
 
I too got a form response to my email asking the status of my Idler Wheel... This is how it came:

Hi Arnau,

Sincere apologies about the shipping delays and the confusion that this has caused. Our warehouse is currently working extended shifts during the week, and extra shifts over the weekend, but we are still catching up.

Which begs the question... Who the sticky pudding is Arnau?!

New systems can be a total nightmare. The IT company will come in and sell you the dream, promising everything but not always delivering, or they charge a fortune once things start going wrong.

One relatively small place (less than 15 staff) I worked at spent tens of thousands on a system that never even materialised.

A larger company I worked at had budgeted £40million on a new system. The actual costs were around £120 million. They never really recovered from that. One of their competitors worked out it was cheaper to buy the IT firm they were dealing with instead of paying them to do the job!

By the way I've never worked in IT so none of the above has anything to do with me!

Maybe vmp should have done more testing before putting the system live, or rolled things back on day one or two when they realised the issues. Either way, their IT company has them over a barrel. They've now left it so long that they probably haven't a clue what's happening and if that's the case then sadly they may not recover from it.
 
The amount of times I’ve seen the term “good vibes” used by these yodelers is enough to make me suspect that it is actually one of their company’s posted core values in their employee handbook. Wait, who the fuck am I kidding? They don’t have a damn handbook, or values for that matter.

And let's be clear. I've got nothing against good vibes. Unless they are forced upon me. Good vibes should be an implied state of mind that comes with the product and service that you push. I don't need to be reminded that forking over cash will translate to good vibes for me or someone like me.
 
Now I'm getting pissed. The anoraks were bad enough. Then they did the beanies. The dog leashes and collars were absurd as all get out, especially since they can't even decide on a logo. But now they're investing in this?!!!! At this point in time, they are actually trying to get into the collectible toy market and push a new mascot?!!! Just send our stuff.
